Terms of Use

The short version

GoalBlocks Pro is a subscription bought through Apple's App Store. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
GoalBlocks is a training tool, not a medical device. Plans and coaching are generated by AI from your data. They can be wrong, and every training decision is yours. Check with a doctor before starting a demanding program.
Your data belongs to you and is handled as our Privacy Policy describes. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.
Use the app as intended. Don't break it, probe it, resell it, or use it to harm anyone.

Who we are

GoalBlocks is built by Module Creative LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Module Creative LLC. By creating an account or using GoalBlocks you accept them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

Who can use GoalBlocks

You must be at least 13 years old to use GoalBlocks. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account: keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, give us accurate information, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and billing

GoalBlocks requires a paid subscription, GoalBlocks Pro. The available plans, current prices, and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.

Billing runs through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase. We never see or store your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your App Store settings; your access continues to the end of the paid period.
Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Apple reminds you before that happens.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Request them through Apple, not us.
Price changes apply only to future renewal periods, and Apple notifies you before any renewal at a new price.

Not medical advice

GoalBlocks is a training tool, not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Training plans, readiness scores, nutrition estimates, and coach replies are for general fitness purposes only. Talk to a doctor before starting a demanding training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You alone decide whether and how hard to train.

The AI coach

GoalBlocks generates plans, adjustments, and coaching replies with artificial intelligence, grounded in your training and health data. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. The coach proposes; you decide. We do not guarantee any particular fitness result, race time, or health outcome.

Your content

You own the content you put into GoalBlocks: meal photos, messages to the coach, logged workouts, and similar. You give us the limited license we need to store and process that content to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not:

reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the app or its content, except where the law expressly permits it;
probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or access it with automated tools;
resell, rent, or share your subscription or account;
use GoalBlocks to break the law or to harm others;
circumvent the subscription or any technical limits.

Our content

The app, its design, its text, and its training content belong to Module Creative LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app; it does not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party services

GoalBlocks works with services we do not control, such as Apple Health, the App Store, and weather data. Their terms govern their services. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app, but Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary where Apple's App Store rules require it.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using GoalBlocks at any time and delete your account and its data from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, and where practical we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, survive the end of this agreement.

Changes

GoalBlocks will evolve: features may be added, changed, or removed. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. Using the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

GoalBlocks is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to GoalBlocks is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits; where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Module Creative LLC is organized and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
