Subscriptions

Plans and the free trial

GoalBlocks Pro is yearly, with a 14-day free trial, or monthly. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe.

Cancel

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then GoalBlocks. To avoid being charged after the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Restore purchases

New phone or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open Settings in GoalBlocks and tap Restore purchases.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Promo codes

Have a code? Enter it on the plan screen before you subscribe.

Your account and data

Export your data

In Settings, tap Export my data to save everything as a file.

Delete your account

In Settings, tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and its data from our servers. A subscription is billed by Apple, so cancel it in your iPhone's Settings too.

AI features

The coach and meal scans use AI. You choose whether to allow it, and you can change your answer any time in Settings, under Privacy & data. Read how we handle your data in our privacy policy.

Apple Health and Apple Watch

Health permissions

To change what GoalBlocks can read or write, open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps, then GoalBlocks.

Apple Watch

The GoalBlocks Watch app installs from the Watch app on your iPhone. Keep your iPhone nearby the first time you open it, so your plan can reach your wrist.
